As the AAD 2026 Conference is being held at Air Force Base Waterkloof, all delegates are required to undergo a security clearance process before their conference registration can be confirmed. To make the registration process as simple as possible, it has been divided into four straightforward steps. Delegates are encouraged to submit their application as early as possible to allow sufficient time for security clearance.

As the AAD 2026 Conference is taking place at Air Force Base Waterkloof, all delegates are required to undergo a security clearance process before their attendance can be confirmed.
Step 1: Submit Your Application

Please note: Each delegate is required to complete their own application form and upload a recent photograph for security clearance purposes.
Step 2: Security Clearance
Your application and supporting information will be submitted to the relevant authorities for security clearance processing.
Step 3: Complete Your Registration
Once your security clearance has been approved, you will receive an email containing a link to complete your conference registration and payment.
Step 4: Registration Confirmed
Upon receipt of payment, your conference registration will be confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant event information.
Important Information
Registration Policies
We offer flexible payment options to suit both individuals and organisations:
- Online Payment: Secure payment via the registration portal
- Bank Transfer (EFT): Banking details provided upon registration confirmation. Please use your registration reference when making payment
- Invoice Request: Delegates and organisations may request an invoice for payment processing and procurement purposes
We understand that plans can change:
- Refunds available for cancellations received in writing at least 14 days prior to the event
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable (100% fee applies)
- Substitutions: Delegate substitutions are permitted at no additional cost up to the start of the conference

By registering for the AAD 2026 Conference, you consent to the sharing of your registration details with event sponsors for relevant follow-up communication.
Your information will be handled responsibly and will not be shared with third parties outside of the event ecosystem unless otherwise stated.
- Single-day delegates must select their preferred conference day when reserving their ticket.
- Full Conference Pass holders enjoy access to all three conference days.
- All delegates are subject to security clearance approval for access to Air Force Base Waterkloof.
- Delegates are encouraged to reserve their tickets early to allow sufficient time for processing.

As the AAD 2026 Conference is being held at Air Force Base Waterkloof, all delegates are required to undergo a security clearance process before they can proceed to registration and payment.
Only delegates whose security clearance has been approved will be invited to complete their conference registration and payment. Should security clearance not be granted, your application will not proceed to the registration stage and no payment will be required.
